Qualifications

• Senior leader in a primary school with a track record of sustained school improvement.
• Expertise in leading a core curriculum subject with strong design and implementation.
• Significant knowledge and experience of inclusion, including SEND outcomes.
• DSL or Deputy DSL experience with safeguarding knowledge.
• Ability to coach, mentor and develop staff to build leadership capacity.
