SGS Create provides a specialised, school-like environment within a college setting, offering a nurturing and inclusive space for students who have found mainstream education challenging. Many of our learners are neurodiverse, have experienced prolonged disengagement, or are seeking a more personalised and flexible approach to learning. Our balanced curriculum includes core academic GCSEs-such as English Language, Maths, and Double Science-alongside vocational pathways tailored to student interests, all supported by small class sizes and a high staff-to-student ratio.

We're looking for an inspiring and dynamic Deputy Headteacher to join the senior leadership team at SGS Create, a specialist 14-16 provision based at SGS College's Stroud Campus in the heart of the Cotswolds.
