Job summary

Holy Family Catholic Primary School seeks a Deputy Headteacher to join our dedicated team as a practising Catholic leader. You will work with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team to shape culture, raise standards and foster a nurturing, inclusive environment where every child can thrive.

You will build strong partnerships with pupils, families and the wider community while modelling safeguarding and high professional expectations.

Qualifications

  • Must be a practising Catholic actively supporting Catholic life and mission.
  • Experience as deputy head or senior leadership in primary education is expected.
  • Proven ability to inspire staff and drive school improvement.

  • Build relationships with pupils, families and the wider community.
  • Lead and support staff to ensure every child achieves their best.
  • Work with Headteacher and SLT to shape development and future direction.

Job description

We are seeking an exceptional Deputy Headteacher to play a key role in the next stage of our school's development. Governors wish to appoint an experienced and highly effective Catholic leader with the vision, ambition and drive to inspire others, support our continued improvement journey, and ensure that every child and member of staff achieves their very best.

As a practising Catholic, you will bring vision, enthusiasm and a deep commitment to Catholic education. Working in partnership with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership team, you will help shape a culture of high expectations, ambition and inclusion. You will build strong and positive relationships with pupils, staff, families and the wider community, ensuring that Christ remains at the centre of all we do. Together, we will nurture children academically and spiritually, enabling them to fulfil their God-given potential and become confident, compassionate members of society.
