Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Significant teaching experience with evidence of strong student outcomes.
• Successful leadership experience within a school environment.
• Experience of coaching, mentoring, and developing teaching staff.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and statutory educational requirements.
• Experience of analysing and using data to improve student performance.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.

• Lead, support, and inspire teaching and support staff to achieve outstanding outcomes.

• Ensure compliance with Independent School Standards, safeguarding requirements, and OneSchool Global policies.
• Maintain effective relationships with students, parents, staff, governors, and external agencies.
• Contribute to campus self-evaluation, inspection readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Headteacher to join OneSchool Global UK at the Ashbrook Campus in Coventry. This is a key leadership role, supporting the Campus Principal and helping to drive excellence in teaching, learning, student wellbeing, and operational effectiveness across the campus.

As Deputy Headteacher, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day leadership of the school, providing visible, professional leadership to staff and students while maintaining high standards of teaching and learning. You will support school improvement initiatives, promote student achievement, and deputise for the Campus Principal when required, ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the campus.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute strategically to the continued success of the school while remaining closely connected to classroom practice and student outcomes.
