Salary: £67,432.78 per annum

The campus

OneSchool Global UK Caledonia North Campus prides itself on providing a professional climate for learning which nurtures the development of each individual student's potential within an organisation demanding high standards in support of academic, personal and social development. The position

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Depute with responsibility for Raising Attainment to join our exceptional Caledonia North team on a full-time, permanent basis. This new position has arisen due to our continued growth and a desire to strengthen the leadership structure at our campus. It is a fantastic opportunity for a forward-thinking, highly motivated, and truly inspirational practitioner.


The Depute will be one of the leading professionals at the campus, directly reporting to and accountable to the Campus Principal. The primary objective is to provide strategic professional leadership and management to establish a secure foundation from which to achieve high standards in all areas of the school.


Additionally, the Depute will serve as the Designated Safeguarding Lead / Child Protection Coordinator and Deputy Exams Officer. The position is ideal for candidates with experience in Child Protection or those with a strong interest in developing expertise in this area. Comprehensive training and support will be provided by a specialist mentor.


Skills & experience

The successful candidate will be an outstanding classroom practitioner with a thorough understanding of and experience in pedagogical coaching including lesson observations and feedback. You will have successful experience in senior leadership and a strong understanding of Child Protection.


You must be GTCS registered and have a degree in a secondary subject. You will need to be comfortable stepping away from traditional classroom teaching practices, to embrace modern teaching methods and technologies including video conferencing and online resources.
