Qualifications

• HCPC registered SLT in good standing.
• Master's level qualification or equivalent demonstrable experience.
• Leadership qualification or equivalent demonstrable leadership experience.
• Post-graduate management qualification desirable.
• Significant CPD and leadership development.
• Experience in operational service leadership and development.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across the SLT service.
• Lead across adult services with collaboration to drive workforce development and service excellence.
• Support workforce development, quality improvement and transformation initiatives.
• Foster a positive culture with staff engagement and safeguarding patient-centred care.
