Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across the SLT service.
• Balance clinical practice (50%) with leadership responsibilities.
• Support workforce development, quality improvement, and transformation.
• Collaborate with Head and Deputy to shape services across the Health Board.
