As a Deputy Head Chef, you'll be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and staff alike. An expert in food standards and quality, you'll lead, motivate, and inspire your team.

• Supports and develops their team, maintaining high standards
• Has experience managing kitchen operations, planning shifts, and coaching team members
• Understands food safety, health and safety standards, and financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
• Celebrates team successes and recognizes individual needs
