The role:

As a sous chef, you will be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

• Supports and trains team members to achieve their best and uphold high standards
• Manages the kitchen line, plans shifts, and works closely with the team to coach and develop
• Supports food safety, health and safety standards, and understands kitchen financials including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
• Celebrates team successes and recognizes individual needs
