The Role |

As a Head Chef, you’ll inspire your team to go the extra mile for our guests, maintaining high standards and expectations. You will coach and develop your team to excel while driving performance and delivering excellent results.

Responsibilities include |

• Fostering a positive and inclusive work culture through emotional intelligence, inspiration, and effective delegation. Providing training, coaching, and mentorship to emerging leaders.
• Ensuring every dish meets exceptional standards, supporting your team with the necessary skills and mindset.
• Maintaining food, health, and safety standards; understanding financial performance including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs; spotting opportunities and proactively addressing issues.
• Building and nurturing your team through recruitment and ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth.
• Creating an inclusive environment where team members feel respected and valued, enabling them to flourish in their roles and careers.
• Being a forward-thinking problem solver, capable of quick decision-making and thinking on your feet.
