The role:

As a Sous Chef, you will be a leader who is passionate about creating a positive environment for our guests and team. You should be an expert in food quality and standards, with excellent food knowledge, capable of leading, engaging, and inspiring your team.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is passionate about supporting and developing their team to achieve high standards
  • Has experience managing kitchen operations, planning shifts, and coaching team members
  • Supports food safety, health and safety standards, and understands financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
  • Loves celebrating team successes and recognizing individual needs
