As a Designate Head Chef, you will inspire your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high standards and continuously coaching and developing your team to achieve their best while driving performance and results.

• Ensure your kitchen’s food, health, and safety standards are maintained and understand the financial aspects of running a kitchen, including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
• Focus on building and nurturing your team, from recruitment to ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth.
• Create an inclusive environment where your team feels respected and valued, enabling them to thrive in their roles and careers.
