Hall & Woodhouse Limited in Hampshire is recruiting a Deputy General Manager to lead our premium pub operation near Basingstoke. You will manage diverse teams, uphold high standards of service, and support the GM in driving profitability and guest satisfaction.

The role focuses on kitchen oversight, quality food and drink, and a clear career pathway to GM within a values-driven, family-owned business.

Qualifications

• Experienced in branded hospitality leadership roles (DGM/AM/Supervisor).

What you'll need to be:

• An experienced DGM, AM or Supervisor with great leadership capability within branded hospitality
• Competent in kitchen oversight and the control of food production
• Based in the local, area or planning to re-locate
• An expert in quality food and drink, with high attention to detail
• A commercially minded operator with experience growing hospitality businesses
• Diligent with operational standards and processes
• Well-presented, analytical and proactive in problem-solving
