An exciting opportunity has arisen for an hospitality operations manager to join an iconic hospitality and events venue in London. This is a new role that has been created to help drive standards as demand for the venue has increased, from sporting events to live events for major entertainment artists.
You will be partnering with the senior operations manager for food and beverage and be responsible for maintaining the existing relationships with your stakeholders and at the centre of the role is the critical input you will make to developing strategy to ensure there is a world class customer experience and product offering.
To be able to blend seamlessly into the role you will come from a hospitality or events background, dealing with high volume and exceptionally busy environments and though there are of course, strategic elements to the role, you should be prepared to get stuck in and support at all levels.
