We are looking for a Duty General Manager who will work closely with the General Manager to develop a reputation for outstanding food and service and to develop the team. Responsibilities include ordering, deliveries, stock control, team development, and ensuring health and hygiene regulations are followed. The Duty General Manager will also cover FOH in the absence of the General Manager and Deputy General Manager. We seek candidates with a ‘can do’ attitude and a passion for people.
