Job summary

The Citizens Theatre Ltd. in Glasgow is seeking a Deputy Front of House Manager to lead the Front of House team and ensure a warm, safe, accessible and high-quality visitor experience.

You will work closely with the Front of House Manager to support the smooth running of performances and events across the building. This role involves a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings and weekends, and contributes to day-to-day FOH operations and services.

• Lead the Front of House team and oversee the smooth running of performances, events and other activities taking place in the building.
• Support the Front of House Manager in the effective day-to-day operation of the theatre and its FOH services.

Key Relationships: Building & Facilities Manager, Company Stage Manager

Contract: Annualised hours averaging 35 hours per week (1.0 FTE) on a flexible schedule including early morning s , evening s and weeken ds depending on the operational needs of the business .

Purpose of the role

The Deputy Front of House Manager plays a key role in delivering a warm, safe, accessible and high-quality experience for everyone who visits the Citizens Theatre .

Working closely with the Front of House Manager, you will l ead the Front of House team and oversee the smooth running of performances, events and other activities taking place in the building . You will also s upport the Front of House Manager in the effective day-to-day operation of the theatre and its FOH services .
