Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust is seeking a Deputy Facilities Manager to lead the Estates and Facilities function on site. You will drive standardisation of practices, ensure governance, and deliver high-quality customer-focused facilities services.

The role emphasises reporting, KPI development, and compliance with NHS guidelines while supporting cost improvements and risk mitigation across the facilities team.

Responsibilities

• Lead on standardisation of practices and processes within their area of responsibility.
• Manage preparation of timely, accurate reports for Estates management and Safety and Quality teams.
• Assist with development of KPI reports to monitor performance and identify improvements.
• Produce regular performance and highlight reports for facilities teams.
• Support facilities in complying with Health Technical Memorandums and Standing Financial Instructions.
• Ensure robust systems with governance and standardised processes across estates.
• Lead a key managerial role within Estates and Facilities and promote a customer-focused ethos.
• Support cost-improvement opportunities and service efficiencies.
• Identify and mitigates risks and issues and ensure proper notification.

To be responsible for the efficient operational aspects of the Facilities Department within the site required to manage:

The post holder will lead on the development of standardisation of practices and processes within their area of responsibility to support the delivery of modern Facilities service with and a customer care focused approach to delivery.

The post holder will hold a key managerial role within the Estates and Facilities function and will lead by example providing a professional, positive customer focused ethos, and will strive to deliver high quality outcomes.

Support the Facilities team so as to ensure there are robust systems and processes embedded within area of responsibility, that are efficient, have sufficient governance in place and where possible are standardisedin line with overall Estates and Facilities systems and processes;

Manage the preparation of timely accurate reports so they are produced and submitted as requested by Estates management and Safety and Quality team

To assist with the Development of key performance indicator reports for the Facilities department so as to monitor the performance of the Facilities teams identifying performance targets and provide regular reports on performance which recommend any required improvements

Produce regular performance reports and highlight reports

Support Facilities so as to comply with all relevant legislation and guidance including

Health Technical Memorandums and Standing Financial Instructions, Food Safety Legislation
