Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Operations Manager (Band 7) to lead within the Surgery Division. You will support specialty triumvirates with senior management, drive change, service development, and budget/workforce planning to meet performance targets, working alongside clinical leaders.

You'll be supported by a Band 7 Operations Manager, and work as part of the Care Group triumvirate, which includes a Matron and Clinical Lead, to provide senior leadership for specialties in the Division. We are seeking a dynamic individual who has the ability to successfully engage with a broad range of teams, disciplines and staff across the Division.
