Responsibilities

• Leadership of a dispersed workforce - Lead large, diverse teams across multiple UK locations, building a unified culture, clear accountability and high performing operational and policy teams.
• Develop and deliver the DWP-wide security strategy, policies and standards with Security & Data Protection.
• Lead development of capabilities and learning for the DWP security community and influence the Government Security Profession.
• Oversee the Government Cyber Security Academy and the DWP security education and awareness programme.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, HR and compliance for the security team.
