We are recruiting for a Deputy Director responsible for delivering end-to-end service transformation of public-facing MoJ services through a newly established pathfinder model. Responsibilities include planning, designing, delivering, and reporting on at least three pathfinder projects, managing approximately 20-30 staff, and overseeing matrix management responsibilities.
This new role supports the growing emphasis on pathfinder activities within MoJ and aligns with the ExCo prioritised Transformation plan. The role involves executing delivery aspects, acting as a key member of the Service Strategy and Transformation leadership team, and applying digital technology to address major challenges across the department.
