Job summary

Diaverum AB in Crawley is seeking a Deputy Clinic Manager to lead the dialysis clinic in the manager's absence, oversee a dedicated nursing team, and uphold high standards of patient care in partnership with the NHS.

You will champion clinical excellence, mentor staff, coordinate scheduling, ensure safety, and bring renal nursing expertise to junior colleagues while fostering a collaborative, patient‑centred culture within our Renal Treatment Centre.

Qualifications

• NMC registered nurse with a post-basic qualification in renal nursing.
• Minimum 2 years’ haemodialysis experience at a senior level.
• Proven leadership and nursing team management ability.
• Confident with MS Office and effective communicator.

Responsibilities

Deputy Clinic Manager – Lead with Purpose in Renal Care!

Join Diaverum as a Deputy Clinic Manager in our Crawley Kidney Treatment Centre and play a pivotal role in managing our dialysis clinic in the absence of the manager. Lead a dedicated team, ensure high standards of patient care, and foster good working relationships between Diaverum and the NHS.

What You’ll Be Doing:
