Job summary

You will apply the Engineering Lifecycle, own solution roadmaps, oversee architectural design, and mentor a team of System Design Authorities. The role requires a Systems Thinker with cross‑domain experience in sonar, real‑time systems, or sensor processing, plus strong leadership and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Strong background as a Systems Thinker with experience across system modeling and design.
• Experience in defense, submarine, or other complex systems is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Chair technical reviews, oversee system specifications and sanction architectural design solutions.
• Strategy & Innovation: Drive technology roadmaps and identify options for complex requirements.
• Customer & Product Support: Collaborate with Product Managers on opportunity roadmaps and support SDAs.
• Team Leadership: Line manage and resource-plan for System Design Authorities.
