£13.01 - £14.10 per hour

Full time - Weekdays & alternate weekends

Quantum Care is a not for profit company providing high quality care services for over 2,000 older people in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Essex. As a Deputy Chef Manager you will provide a safe, quality, cost effective catering service to all customers and help create a warm and friendly atmosphere for our residents.

Your Skills:

• Good knowledge of Health and Safety practices in the workplace.
• Knowledge of food safety and practices.
• Need to undertake relevant training and CPD.
• Experience of the standards of hygiene used in food preparation.
• Experience of food preparation, cooking and service.
• You’ll provide homely meals for our residents, meeting a diverse range of dietary requirements.
• You must be able to work well as part of a team and have good communications skills.

• Chef: 2 years (required)
