The role is a 36-hour week with day/night rotations across seven days, delivering safe, person-centred care in a busy NHS environment. The successful candidate will be a Registered Nurse with current NMC registration and 3 years Emergency Nursing experience at Band

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration and 3 years Emergency Nursing Experience at Band 5.
• Evidence of team working skills with ability to work using own initiative.
• Effective listening and interpersonal skills and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate the department in the absence of the Senior Charge Nurse.
• Maintain safe, effective, person-centred care and excellent communication with the multidisciplinary team.
