Kisimul Group is seeking a Deputy Manager to join Tigh Coilean in South Hykeham, Lincolnshire. You will support the Registered Manager and lead a care team to deliver exceptional services for young adults with complex needs, aiming to improve everyday living and independence.

Your role involves developing care plans, coordinating activities, supervising staff, and ensuring safe medication administration. It offers progression, funded qualifications, and extensive employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Diploma Level 3 Management for Health and Social Care required.
• Willingness to complete Level 5 Diploma Operational Management.
• Knowledge of national standards for Adult Social Care.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a staff team.

Responsibilities

• Support the Registered Manager to promote independence of residents.
• Organise social and recreational activities inside and outside the home.
• Develop and review individual care plans with regular reviews.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and manage staff to deliver high standards of care.
• Provide supervision and develop staff, enabling compassionate care.
• Assist with medication administration and record-keeping.
• Collaborate with professionals, families, and services to ensure best care.
