Zusammenfassung

The Highlands Family, part of Salutem Care & Education, is hiring a Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager in a 14-bed residential home in Tyne & Wear, caring for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

You will lead and develop the staff team, ensure high standards of care, comply with CQC regulations and the Mental Capacity Act, and mentor colleagues to empower service users to live fulfilling lives.

Qualifikationen

• NVQ/Diploma in Health and Social Care level 3/5 is required or in progress.
• Experience with individuals with communication difficulties is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of CQC Regulations, the Mental Capacity Act and the Deprivation of Liberty Standards.
• Willingness to lead and mentor staff.

• Assist Registered Manager in day-to-day running of the home.
• Ensure service users' needs are met and care quality is maintained.
