Qualifications

• A minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK (for those already UK-based) OR eligibility for UK Skilled Worker Visa sponsorship.
• Prior experience leading a team of care assistants.
• QCF Level 3 Diploma or above in Health and Social Care (or an equivalent qualification).
• Good knowledge of CQC key lines of enquiry and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Availability to work 42 hours per week.
