As a leader, you will engage in training programs and benefit from a supportive work structure to aid in your professional development. Applicants should have relevant care experience and a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.

Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years experience in residential care for children.
• Minimum of 1 year in supervision and management roles.
• Experience with Ofsted regulations.
• Good knowledge of Child Protection procedures.

Aufgaben

• Ensure compliance with SOP/Ofsted standards.
• Promote welfare and development of children.
• Review young people's care plans regularly.
• Lead and manage the care team.
• Conduct supervision.
