Job summary

Lifeways is seeking a Deputy Care Home Manager for a 6-bed supported living service in Coventry. You will work alongside the Registered Manager and Area Manager to lead a team delivering person-centred care.

You will drive improvements, build strong relationships with families and professionals, and ensure high-quality standards across the service. You will bring a Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (or working towards it), and a track record of supporting people with autism and learning

Qualifications

• A Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care is desirable (or working towards).
• A proven track record supporting people living with autism and learning disabilities.
• Values which align with Lifeways Values.
• 3 years experience within social care with proven experience at a supervisory level.

Deputy Care Home Manager - Coventry

We are are seeking to recruit a strong Deputy Manager for a 6-bed supported living service in Coventry.

In this role, you will work alongside a dedicated Registered Manager and have the support of an experienced Area Manager.

We’re looking for a leader who:

• Leads with positivity, compassion, and confidence
• Inspires teams to deliver outstanding, person-centred support
• Champions quality, safety, and continuous improvement

We are looking for someone who understands the complexities of supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex physical needs.

In this role, you will:
