An exciting opportunity is available for Maternity leave cover for the Deputy Associate Director of Nursing role in the Specialist Medicine Division, working within the Directorate Management triumvirate team alongside the Divisional Director, Director of Operations & Associate Director of Nursing to lead a range of services.
You will need to be an outstanding Senior Nurse, motivating your team to deliver continuous improvements to patient care & experience, focussing on developing and nurturing the nursing team, a passion for governance as well as being a visible leader.

Main duties of the job
You will be part of developing and delivering improvements in changes to services across East London and beyond, through our many strategic partnerships and networks.
