Qualifications

• Proven background in curriculum or pastoral leadership.

• Team Teach training or equivalent positive behavior management training is highly preferred.
• Track record in pastoral support for SEMH challenges and complex behaviours.
• Strong operational leadership to manage daily site routines, oversee staff, and liaise with parents and external networks.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-style environment with evolving processes.
• Right to work in the UK and Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one.
