Pickerings in Totton, Southampton, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a 12‑strong team across plumbing, electrical and building maintenance for our depot. You’ll drive day‑to‑day operations, ensure on‑time delivery and maintain high standards of workmanship within budget.

You will be in the yard and workshop, prioritising tasks, conducting inspections, and coordinating maintenance prior to dispatch. Flexible hours and eventual relocation to Alton are noted in the plan.
