Job summary

Halfords Commercial Fleet Services (HCFS) is seeking an experienced manager to lead our Southampton Autocentre operations. You will oversee site activities, rotas, stock control and safety compliance while delivering a first-class customer experience.

You will drive KPI performance, manage sales and profitability, complete paperwork and maintain electronic records, and lead technicians with a focus on quality and efficiency. A full, current driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Managerial experience in the Commercial Fleet sector, tyre fitting & repair preferred.
• Experience leading and training teams of technicians.
• Commitment to targets, profit and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of the site including rotas, stock control and health & safety compliance.
• Drive a customer-first culture, ensuring colleagues have clear targets.
