Job summary

Halfords Commercial Fleet Services (HCFS) at Halfords Group is recruiting for an Autocentre Manager based in Basingstoke to lead day-to-day site operations and a team of technicians. You will ensure health & safety, rotas, stock control, and KPI delivery while driving sales and maintaining top customer service.

The role requires managerial experience in the tyre fitment and repair sector, a current driving licence, and a strong focus on profitability.

Qualifications

• Managerial experience within the Commercial Fleet sector, ideally in Tyre Fitting & Repair.
• Experienced in leading and training teams of Technicians.
• Committed to achieving targets, maximising profit and ensuring a flawless customer experience every time.
• Possess a full, current driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-Day management of the site including colleague rotas, stock control and health & safety compliance.
• Drive a customer-first culture, ensuring all colleagues have clear targets to work towards.
• Responsible for meeting KPI Targets including sales & profitability.
• Complete relevant paperwork and maintain electronic databases/systems accurately.
