Langdons in Bridgwater is seeking a Depot Manager to lead our transport and warehousing operations. You will oversee staffing, equipment, and service levels, driving efficiency and cost controls to meet targets.

The role requires CPC certification, Level 5 management, and experience managing direct and remote teams in a fast-moving environment. We offer a competitive salary and an on-site role with long-term development opportunities.

Qualificações

• CPC (National or International) certification
• Level 5 (or equivalent) in Management
• Extensive knowledge of transport or warehouse management and health and safety regulations
• Experience managing direct and remote teams in a fast-moving environment
• IT literate with Microsoft Office; able to compile and analyse data

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily transport and warehousing operation to ensure cost-effectiveness
• Plan staffing and equipment to meet deadlines and service levels
• Apply financial controls to meet targets and maximise resources
• Develop and maintain service level targets and handle complaints
