The successful candidate will work closely with the Depot Management team and central departments to implement strategies and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

• Leading Sustainable Growth: develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve efficiency, and expand the customer base.
• People Management and Development: hire, train, coach, and support a positive, inclusive work environment.
