Zachary Daniels is recruiting for a Depot Manager in Worcester to lead a busy distribution depot, overseeing warehouse and transport operations with a hands-on, communicative leadership style. Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop and manage a high‑performing team of warehouse colleagues and drivers.

• Partner with HR on employee relations, reviews and disciplinary processes.
• Ensure operational procedures and company policies are consistently followed.
• Monitor warehouse and logistics performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Work closely with commercial teams to resolve customer service issues and deliver exceptional service.
• Maintain excellent stock accuracy and inventory control in partnership with stock management teams.
• Champion health & safety, ensuring full compliance across the site.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards and site security.

I am partnering again with a leading UK distribution business who are looking to appoint an experienced Depot Manager to lead a key distribution operation in Worcester.

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a fast-paced, high-volume depot, leading warehouse and transport operations while developing a high-performing team. You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service levels, driving operational performance, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement.

Working closely with the wider operations leadership team, you'll have full responsibility for the depot's day-to-day running of the depot, ensuring safety, service and efficiency remain central to your work.
