Requirements

Here’s what we require:

• Experience as Operations Manager or similar in services or logistics.
• CPC Qualification.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.
• Experience managing people and health & safety in a unionised, multi-shift setting.
• Knowledge of environmental and health & safety legislation.
• Knowledge of the local area.
• Ability to work with clear KPIs.
• Proven record of continuous improvement in operations.
• Strong communication, planning, and teamwork skills.
• Minimum GCSEs in English and Maths; A-Levels or a Degree are a plus.
