Job summary

Adler & Allan in Doncaster is seeking an experienced Depot Manager to lead our Doncaster operation, ensuring safe, efficient and profitable delivery of services while maintaining high standards of customer service, compliance and performance.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will take full responsibility for depot performance, lead teams, manage resources and drive continuous improvement across all aspects of the business.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing operational service delivery teams.
• Budget responsibility and strong commercial/financial management.
• Proven leadership skills to motivate and develop teams.
• Experience managing fleet operations, drivers and resources.
• Excellent planning, organisational and problem solving skills.
• Strong customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Good understanding of health, safety and environmental compliance with a full UK driving licence.

We are looking for an experienced Depot Manager to lead our Doncaster operation ensuring the safe, efficient and profitable delivery of services while maintaining the highest standards of customer service, compliance and operational performance.
