Job summary

Nationwide Platforms is seeking a hands-on Depot Manager in Aberdeen to run a local depot, lead a small team and deliver outstanding customer service while driving revenue and efficiency. You will own the operation, set direction, and model a customer-first culture.

You will coach colleagues, manage budgets, fleet and resources, build strong relationships with customers, and pursue local growth opportunities while maintaining the highest safety standards and operational excellence.

As Depot Manager at our Aberdeen depot, you'll be responsible for leading a successful local depot operation, delivering outstanding customer service while driving operational performance, profitability and growth.

This is a visible, hands-on leadership role where you'll be right in the thick of the action. You'll build strong customer relationships, lead from the front and create a culture where every colleague keeps the customer at the heart of what we do.
