You will work with drivers to load trucks, prepare machines, and ensure equipment is ready for operations, aiming to maximise efficiency and safety. You will be a reliable team player, keen to learn in a demanding engineering environment, with a flexible attitude and an eye for quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual.
• Basic understanding of powered access.
• Keen to learn and progress within an engineering environment.
• Flexible attitude.
• Ability to work as a team player in a reactive working environment.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Load trucks safely with drivers and ensure efficient loading.
• Prepare machines for drivers as notified on planning sheets.
• Maximise driving hours by making loads available and organising equipment.
• Maintain machine layouts and yard space efficiently.
