Job summary

Howdens Joinery is seeking an experienced depot leader to take full ownership of performance, profit and loss at a busy depot. You will drive sales growth, foster strong local trade relationships, and recruit, coach and motivate your team to exceed targets.

The role requires a hands-on manager who can coach, coach and develop staff while maintaining excellent customer service and operational standards. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive rewards and progression opportunities.

• Previous management experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• A confident, hands-on leader who can motivate, coach and develop a team.
