Job summary

Pickerings Hire, based in Stoke-on-Trent, is seeking a General Manager to lead the Stoke depot, drive performance, safety and customer service standards, and deliver growth. You will oversee operations, lead a diverse team and work with Head Office to meet commercial targets.

The role requires proven management experience in hire or construction sectors, strong leadership, budgeting and a hands-on, proactive approach to improvement.
