Job summary

GAP Hire Solutions in the UK is looking for a Driver Labourer to keep the workshop and yard clean, ensure hazards are removed, and ensure equipment leaving the depot is pressure cleaned and logged. You will load, deliver and collect hire equipment to customer sites, demonstrate equipment when required, and complete checks and admin.

The role includes service and maintenance of portable toilets and welfare units.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence is essential.
• CSCS card and forklift licence are preferable.
• Experience as a labourer, ideally in a hire depot/yard.

Responsibilities

• Keep the workshop and yard clean and tidy, ensuring hazards are cleared.
• Ensure equipment leaving the depot is pressure cleaned and fuel logs updated.
• Load, deliver and collect hire equipment to and from customer sites promptly and professionally.
• Demonstrate hire equipment on site when required and complete checks and administration.
• Service, clean and maintain portable toilets and welfare units.
