Job summary

Draftwise is seeking a Deployment Strategist to embed with leading law firms, discover where Draftwise can create transformational value, and turn that discovery into outcomes for customers and repeatable product capabilities.

This is a forward-deployed, field-focused role centered on learning how lawyers actually work, identifying high-value problems, and shaping product requirements with Product, Engineering, and ML. Some travel and onsite work with clients are expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of deployment strategy experience or equivalent customer-facing technical role.
• Experience turning ambiguous customer problems into concrete product requirements.
• Ability to work with executives, lawyers, technical teams and frontline users.
• Strong analytical judgment to uncover workflows, data, constraints, and value.

Responsibilities

• Embed with customers, often onsite, to observe workflows and uncover high-value problems.
• Define customer outcomes and map workflows, data, and incentives shaping value.
• Work with documents, data, systems, and Draftwise tools to test feasibility and value.
• Distill needs into clear product requirements and track delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Build prototypes, demos, and lightweight automations for early user feedback.
• Identify repeatable patterns and help turn them into reusable platform capabilities.
