Job Description

This is a permanent position based in our Coventry Foleshill Road store.

About

The core hours are 30 per week to cover Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Our Department Supervisors are central to our in-store services. They are obsessed with delivering excellent customer service and have a passion for our products. This role involves managing the day-to-day running of a department, supervising, and coaching staff to ensure high standards are maintained.

Supporting the store management team, you will maximize our service offerings and provide effective floor leadership to ensure exceptional standards across the store, creating a great experience for our customers. You may also act as a key holder, adhering to all security and stock loss procedures.

Requirements for Success

• Experience supervising or leading a small team or department.
• Experience delivering excellent customer service, ideally in retail or service environments.
• Experience providing on-the-job training and coaching.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Effective prioritization skills.
• A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Technical knowledge in motoring or cycling is a plus but not essential; training is provided.
• Strong communication skills to engage with customers and colleagues.
• Organized and proactive in assisting customers and team members.
