Job summary

H&M Group is seeking a permanent full-time Department Manager for its Woking store. You will lead and support your team, delivering an excellent customer experience and maintaining strong operational and visual standards.

The role involves analysing sales and market opportunities to drive store performance and growth. You will recruit, onboard, and develop your team while promoting an inclusive culture, collaborating with area teams and key business functions to optimise profits and stock

Thisisa permanent full-time 39 hours position based inthe H&M Woking store. For this position we will require 7 days flexibility, including weekends.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Department Manager, you will lead and support your team, creating an inclusive and collaborative culture. You ensure an excellent operational and visual experience for your customers and colleagues, whilst strategically analysing sales, leading H&M to success.
