This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK's fastest growing garden centre groups as the Horticulture / Outdoor Plant department Manager, requiring strong plant knowledge, retail experience and a passion for creating inspiring outdoor displays.

What you'll do as a Horti Department Manager:

• Oversee the outdoor plant area, ensuring excellent presentation and stock care
• Share your horticultural expertise with customers and colleagues

• Create engaging, commercial plant displays

What you'll bring to the role:

We are looking for someone who has a passion for plants and enjoys sharing their knowledge of horticulture with staff and customers. A keen eye for detail and a flair for merchandising would be an asset in this role as you will be responsible for the layout and day to day running of the department.
