Job summary

Primark Stores Limited in Watford is seeking a part-time, fixed-term store manager to oversee daily operations and drive sales during a 2-day week contract. The role includes managing at least one department, stock ordering, merchandising, and leading a team to achieve targets.

You will collaborate with the management team to deliver strong customer service and contribute to personal development through Primark's learning pathways, with coverage during shifts in the absence of senior staff.

Salary: £42,055 Pro Rata'd (with annual leave & pension)
Contract: Part Time Fixed Term Contract (16/08/2026 - 15/11/2026) - 2 Days a week
