Primark Derby is seeking a Department Manager to drive store performance, lead a team, and deliver outstanding customer service.

You will collaborate with the management team, oversee a department including stock and merchandising, and develop your team through our learning and career pathways.

• Collaborate with the rest of the management team to support the daily running of the store.
• Responsible for at least one department within the store, including stock ordering and merchandising.
• Lead a team of managers to maximise sales by establishing goals and objectives.
• Provide a superior level of customer service.
• Drive your own development by taking advantage of our digital learning, apprenticeships and career pathways and see yourself grow in a supportive place powered by our people.
• In the absence of senior management, you will oversee the store for the shift.

Salary: £42,055 (with 31 days annual leave & pension)
Contract: Full-Time Permanent, 5 days out of 7
